Job Title: Flier Distributor 

Job Overview: As a Flier Distributor, you will play a vital role in helping healthcare providers increase their visibility and attract new clients. This job involves distributing fliers within designated area(s) where the healthcare service is being offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Flier Distribution:
   • Distribute informative and visually appealing fliers within assigned office trading areas.
   • Ensure that fliers are placed in homes of prospective clients.
   • Note that fliers will be provided to you by the healthcare providers, who are responsible for the printing.
   • If possible, gather feedback from prospective clients and or families should you be engaged by prospective service user family.
   • Report any potential leads or interested individuals to your client.
2. Credibility and Verification:
   • To ensure credibility, distributors will be required to wear body camera to capture all activity during time of engagement.
3. Fliers cannot be shared or distributed at Night or odd hours; Approved hours are from 6:00 am to 18:00 night

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Professional Appearance: Present yourself in a professional manner that reflects positively on the healthcare provider.
• Dependability: Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while distributing fliers and engaging with residents / prospective service users and or families.
• Technical Skills: Ability to use a smartphone or camera to take and send pictures for verification purposes.

Pay Rate:

• The pay rate for this role is £13 per hour.
• Payment is done every Friday.
• Timesheets submitted Mondays 10am latest.
  
  
• Transport:
  Transport cost for the distributor(s) to move to the business location will be covered via train ticket by the client (e.g. whole day ticket-reasonably affordable).
• There is no transport cost reimbursement for distributors residing near client business post code having to pick and distribute fliers within client business area.
• We do not give transport (train ticket) for distributors sharing less than 1700 fliers.
• We give transport (full day bus ticket) for distributors with residential address within the client area or for distribution in and around the client area.

Estimated Flier Distribution Rate:

• You can share between 200 to 240 fliers per hour.
