Our virtual assistants, proficient in British English and accent, are trained to handle incoming and outgoing calls, helping with administrative task ensuring a professional and reassuring experience for your clients.

- Professional Support:
- Our virtual assistants are skilled professionals with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- They are / will be trained to understand the specific needs of healthcare providers and their clients.
- Seamless Communication:
- Virtual assistants will manage inbound and outbound calls, providing information, answering queries, and guiding prospective clients through your services.
- All calls made by virtual assistants will be recorded to ensure quality and for training purposes.
- Customized Onboarding:
- Assist in onboarding new clients by providing detailed explanations of services, helping with form completion, and addressing any initial concerns.
- Tailored support to meet the unique requirements of your client base, particularly focusing on prospective clients to ensure they feel comfortable and understood.
- Enhanced Client Experience:
- Aimed at providing a more seamless and reassuring experience for your potential clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Client will provide dedicated lines to virtual assistants to ensure continuous and personalized support.
- Zero Hour Contract:
- Engage workers at will for number of days and amount of time (hours)
Service Hours:
- Our Virtual Assistant service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Phone & Phone line:
- The client will provide the phone line and call credit for the work.
- Workers will use their own Mobile phone to install call app for the work.
