Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers in the UK by managing customer interactions, providing information, and assisting with the onboarding process. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our provider(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about services, answer client queries, and guide prospective clients through the process.
- Note: All calls will be recorded to ensure quality and for training purposes.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Assist new clients with the onboarding process, including explaining services, helping with form completion, and addressing initial concerns.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all clients by explaining clients service offering.
- Provide specialized support to prospective clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood.
- Use cultural awareness and empathy to enhance client interactions.
- Maintain Records:
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Report any recurring issues or notable feedback to management.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and improve communication skills.
- Provide feedback to help improve the Virtual Assistant program.
Service Hours:
Our Virtual Assistant service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Professionalism: Strong professional demeanour with the ability to handle client and prospective service user information.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Technology Savvy: Comfortable using simple communication tools and software.
- Availability: Flexible working hours to accommodate client needs.
Compensation:
- The pay rate for this position is £11.50 per hour.
Phone & Phone line:
- The client will provide the phone line and call credit for the work.
- You will use your own Mobile phone to install call app for the work.
