Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative support Executive to join our team on a full-time basis with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our consulting efforts, particularly in client relationship management, acquisition and business development. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to contribute ideas, take initiative, and be part of a team that helps healthcare businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Support: Assist in identifying and reaching out to healthcare clients, Service users, and other healthcare organizations. Support the creation and management of client lists, outreach strategies, and follow-up processes.
- Lead Generation: Research potential clients and healthcare markets, and assist in the development of lead generation strategies. Track and report on leads and conversion rates.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication, ensuring professional and positive representation of PLUS Tenders.
- Strategic Initiative Contribution: Bring forward innovative ideas and initiatives to help the company and its clients grow. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new services or approaches.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and office management tasks.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project progress, ensuring all databases and files are up-to-date and compliant with GDPR regulations.
- Compliance and Documentation: Assist in the preparation and management of compliance documentation, ensuring all submissions meet regulatory standards.

- Minimum Academic Qualification: College Graduate
- Previous Experience: Any Administrative Role / Care & Support Worker Experience
- Prior experience in an administrative role with a focus on business development, client relations, or sales support, especially within the healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
